Grand Opening Success!

Members of the Lemont Village Board, Mayor John Piazza & officials from Marquette Companies cut the ribbon to celebrate the opening of the new downtown Village Parking deck & Phase I of the Lofts of Lemont.

Thank you to everyone that visited us Saturday, May 17th for our Grand Opening & Ribbon Cutting Festivities. We had beautiful weather and hundreds of people here to view our new Model Homes. Mayor John Piazza and Lemont City Officials were here to do the honors and celebrate with us. The Challenge: turn a new construction Front Street Loft townhome into a fully finished home. Now you can watch as Designer Gina Waitks from Avanti Fine Furniture presents her ideas for our two-bedroom, two bath two-story model, and then see the space transformed as she turns her ideas into reality. Flat Screen TV Winner!


Congratulations to Brian Bahr of Woodridge for winning the 50” Flat Screen TV! Brian was one out of over 500 attendees for the Quarryman Challenge, a 10 Mile and 5K Race in Downtown Lemont on Saturday, May 10th. Legends Cruise Nights
in Downtown Lemont
This annual event draws in thousands of people to the downtown Lemont area every summer. Cruise Night runs every Wednesday evening beginning June 4th - August 27th from 6 – 9 pm. This year’s events will be better than ever featuring more live entertainment, activities for all ages, and local flavors for every taste.
